Nature of the service
HolaResidency is a legal service for expats and digital nomads who want to live, work or set up in Spain: visas and residence permits, NIE/TIE, the special tax regime for inbound workers and registration as self-employed. It is founded and led by Eduard Pinedo, a lawyer registered with the Il·lustre Col·legi de l'Advocacia de Barcelona (ICAB) under no. 47127, who handles every matter personally and acts on the client's behalf under a signed engagement letter.
Any contentious step — administrative appeals and, where applicable, court proceedings — is handled in-house by the founding lawyer, only with the client's express approval and, for court proceedings, under a specific engagement letter.
